Rest is More is a custom sale kit designed to showcase an 800 sqm residence, built on the principle of relaxation in the Sukhumvit area. We designed a sale book that was striking in its calm, stylish tranquility to reflect the concept of the house including its interior design and amenities where the residents’ quality of life is the priority. The booklet entices its prospective buyers with peerless design and function of the house, utterly conducive to relaxation in every moment and corners, through the use of featured full-colour photographs. Inspired by a unique detail of the Chinese wood lattice panel, we formed a distinct personality of typography and graphic element to complete clean and minimal layouts. Printing and production techniques help make the sale kit feel special on the final touch with gatefold and die-cut cover, subtle gold colour, and quality paper stock.
